Slow cured quality assured local pork using our own tried and tested recipe.
Minimum salt used  and ample time given to cure.
Ideal for hot or cold meals.
Can be boiled or roasted or boiled first and finished off in the oven using a glaze of honey and mustard or brown sugar and cloves or  your own favourite glaze.
