Waldrons Black Pudding Potato Cakes

  • Potatoes
  • Cream
  • Butter
  • Black Pudding
Instructions
  1. Steam as many potatoes as required or use left-over mash.
  2. Mash potatoes well, adding butter and cream to taste and until consistency is soft but not runny. Crumble in some Waldrons Black Pudding.
  3. Form mash into round or square potato cakes and fry on a hot pan.
  4. Delicious with a fruity chutney and mixed salad leaves.
