Waldrons Black Pudding Potato Cakes

- Black Pudding
- Steam as many potatoes as required or use left-over mash.
- Mash potatoes well, adding butter and cream to taste and until consistency is soft but not runny. Crumble in some Waldrons Black Pudding.
- Form mash into round or square potato cakes and fry on a hot pan.
- Delicious with a fruity chutney and mixed salad leaves.
