Established in 1989, the Waldron family has been crafting premium meats in the heart of Co. Roscommon. At Waldron Family Meats, we believe great taste can’t be rushed. While continuing to expand over the years, our family-run business has focused on producing exceptional meats, prioritising quality over quantity. Every step of the process—from careful slow curing to precise cutting—is handled onsite by our skilled team.
