Products and Pricing
Waldron Meats takes every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products or any information regarding our business without prior notification.
Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
Payment
This website uses the secure payment system Stripe for all our payments. Our products are priced in Euro. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to you at the address that you have specified in your order. Waldron Meats use Fastway Courier services.
Registration
To register with Waldron Meats you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Password and Security
When you register to use the Waldron Meats website you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for contact details) immediately.
If Waldron Meats has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Waldron Meats website, we may require you to change your password or username or temporarily suspend your account.
Ordering Goods
When you order your goods through www.waldronmeats.ie, you will receive a confirmation email advising you that we have received your order and it is being processed.
When you place your order with Waldron Meats, you will receive up to 3 emails –
- Confirmation of account creation (not applicable to Guest checkouts)
- Confirmation of Order placed
- Completion of Order – order has been processed and dispatched– we use Fastway Couriers.
Acceptance
All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge if applicable.
Cooling off period
Under the Consumer Right Directive, you have a right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within a ‘cooling off’ period of fourteen working day starting on the day after the day the item is delivered to you. However this right does not apply where the items involved are fresh food items.
Chilled Foods
All our products that we sell online will be sent to you in temperature controlled packaging which will ensure the goods will arrive with you at the appropriate temperature. The packaging we use maintains the temperature of the food for up to 48 hours.
Delivery of refrigerated food items is available within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Due to the longer shipping period, we regret that we cannot ship them to countries further afield at this time. If you are abroad and would like to order refrigerated food items for delivery to a friend or relative in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, we can facilitate this at all times.
Availability of Site
While we endeavour to ensure that www.waldronmeats.ie is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to www.waldronmeats.ie may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
Excluded Services
The services provided by the Waldron Meats website do not include the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the Waldron Meats website. To use the Waldron Meats website you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.
