We cure pork ribs with our own traditional recipe and its makes the most wonderful bacon ribs. Not to be confused with pork ribs – the uncured ones.The best way to cook bacon ribs is to slowly simmer for over an hour, depending on the weight.
Try serving them ribs with cabbage (ideally cooked in the bacon water) and mash for a real classic Irish Dish.
Or try finishing off ribs in the oven after glazing them with honey.
There is only one way to eat ribs … and that’s with your fingers!
